Terms & Conditions 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before hiring Dizzy Booth's 360° video experience. By hiring Dizzy Booth, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • If your booking is within 14 days of the event date, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

  • We accept credit/debit card payments only.
     

2. Event Details:

  • It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate event details, including date, time, and location.

  • Changes to event details can be made up to 7 days prior to the event.
     

3. Venue Requirements:

  • The client must ensure that the venue can accommodate Dizzy Booth's setup and operation.

  • Access to power outlets and a stable internet connection is required for Dizzy Booth's operation.

  • No food or drinks are allowed on the Dizzy Booth platform to prevent damage to equipment.
     

4. Usage:

  • Dizzy Booth is for personal and non-commercial use, and any commercial use must be agreed upon in advance.

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests using Dizzy Booth during the event.

  • Any misuse, vandalism, or damage to Dizzy Booth will result in additional charges.

  • Dizzy Booth reserves the right to terminate the service at any time if there is any behavior deemed as unacceptable by the Dizzy Booth attendant.
     

5. Data Usage:

  • Dizzy Booth may collect and store user data, including photos and videos. This data will be retained for a limited time for the purpose of providing the service.

  • Dizzy Booth will not share or sell user data to third parties.

  • Dizzy Booth reserves the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing by the client.
     

6. Content Ownership:

  • The client retains ownership of all photos and videos captured using Dizzy Booth.

  • Dizzy Booth may request permission to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes.
     

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • No cancellations are allowed within 7 days of the event date.

  • In case of cancellations outside the 7-day window, the non-refundable 20% deposit is retained by Dizzy Booth.
     

8. Liability:

  • Dizzy Booth, its owners, staff, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the use of the booth.

  • The client is responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests during the event.

  • The client, its owners, staff, and contractors shall indemnify and hold harmless Dizzy Booth against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of Dizzy Booth's services.
     

9. Forces of Nature:

  • Dizzy Booth is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or equipment failures.
     

10. Agreement Changes:

  • Dizzy Booth reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
     

By hiring Dizzy Booth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions set out above.
